 QAS Pro (Rapid)

QAS Pro address verification software is designed to instantly verify and search addresses against Australia Post's Postal address File (PAF).

Users look up and search addresses using the software, which then automatically enters the verified, complete and standardised address into their existing database application, all in around 12-15 keystrokes.

Inclusive features:

• Two Searching options - typedown entry and single line searching gives QAS Pro more flexibility to search for an address

• Fuzzy matching - QAS Pro can handle searches containing a variety of spelling errors, abbreviations and different formats to return the address spelt correctly

• Wildcard searching - provides a substitute if any part of the address is missing or illegible

• Formatting and configuration options - users can change the address layout to match the layout of any given application and will return all addresses in a standard and consistent format

System requirements:

QAS Pro is available as a standalone application, a Client/Server application, or as a set of APIs. Through these API's QAS functionality can be integrated into most database and CRM applications.

QAS Batch allows users to clean and enhance their existing address database as well as maintaining the validity of those records over time.

 QAS Batch

QAS Batch is a powerful data cleansing software which enables you to clean the address data with transparent, easily formatted results. You get complete visibility of which records have been amended and the changes that have been implemented, ensuring clean data over time.

Ongoing data quality using QAS Batch, reduces mailing costs and increases customer confidence. Other benefits include:

•  incorrect postcodes are amended
•  recorded postcodes are updated
•  missing address elements are added
•  spelling errors are corrected
•  verified addresses are consistently formatted.

Inclusive features:

• Multiple User Interactive Functionality - Any address that cannot be matched against the PAF in the automatic batch run can then be re-processed individually by multiple users at any one time.  The interactive stage allows you to utilise a number of different searching techniques and advanced search features in order to find the correct address.
• Extensive Reporting - After addresses are cleaned, a report is auto-generated, outlining how successful Batch has been in cleaning and matching addresses against the PAF record.  The report provides an easy way to interpret results using simple match icons and codes to outline what was changed in each address.
• Configuration Wizard - If you are a novice user, the wizard will guide you through the configuration, automatic and interactive processes, as well as the final reporting stage.  Furthermore, Batch will return additional useful information such as: 
                  * Delivery Point Identifiers (DPIDs)
                  * Extended barcodes
                  * Barcode Sort Plans (BSPs)
